Most screen repairs are completed within 45 minutes. Other repairs typically take 1-3 hours. We offer same-day service for most repairs. For more complex repairs, we'll provide an estimated completion time upfront.

What devices do you repair?

Do you offer same-day repairs?

Yes! Most repairs are completed the same day, often within 1-2 hours. Book online or walk in to our store for immediate service.

What is your warranty policy?

We offer a lifetime warranty on all screen repairs and a 12-month warranty on all other repairs. If you experience any issues with your repair, bring it back and we'll fix it free of charge.

What if my device can't be repaired?

We'll provide an honest assessment upfront. If your device is beyond repair, we can help you with data recovery or trade-in options for a replacement device.

Does repairing with iHandi void my manufacturer warranty?

It depends on the device and repair. For devices still under manufacturer warranty, we recommend checking with the manufacturer first. However, our repairs are performed to the highest standards and should not affect your rights under UK consumer law.

How much does a repair cost?

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes! We offer Buy Now Pay Later through Klarna, allowing you to spread the cost over 3 interest-free payments. Subject to approval. 18+ UK residents only.

Do you offer student discounts?

Yes! Students get £15 off repairs with valid student ID through Student Beans verification. Verify your student status online and receive your discount code instantly.

Is there a diagnostic fee?

No diagnostic fee if you proceed with the repair. If you choose not to repair, there's a £15 diagnostic fee. Free diagnostics for all repairs booked online.

Mail-In Repairs & Delivery

Can I mail my device for repair?

Yes! We offer a convenient mail-in repair service: • Book online and receive prepaid postage label • Pack your device securely and post it to us • We'll repair and return it within 3-5 working days • Track your repair status online

How much is delivery?

Mail-in repairs: FREE prepaid postage label provided Online shop purchases: • Standard delivery (3-5 days): £4.95 • Express delivery (1-2 days): £9.95 • FREE delivery on orders over £100

What's your returns policy?

30-day returns on all products purchased from our online shop. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return and receive your prepaid return label.

Data & Privacy

Is my data safe during repair?

Yes. We take data security seriously: • We never access your personal data without permission • All technicians sign confidentiality agreements • We recommend backing up your data before repair • Your device is stored securely in our workshop We are not responsible for data loss during repair, so please ensure you have a backup.

Do I need to remove my SIM card?

We recommend removing your SIM card before repair, but it's not required. If you forget, we'll keep it safe and return it with your device.

What happens to my data if the device can't be repaired?

If your device is beyond repair, we can attempt data recovery for an additional fee. We can also securely wipe your device before recycling if requested.
